WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

AV equipment rental can be canceled with 48 hours notice and modified right up to the event based on availability. However, technician services require 7 days notice to cancel. We will always try to work with you.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

When you decide on your rental and/or services needs, we send an invoice and require a 50% deposit. Balance payments are due on site at your event

WHY IS YOUR AV COMPANY DIFFERENT?

We take pride in making sure you understand what your AV needs actually are. We send you a proposal complete with pictures and will list all items clearly with product names and descriptions. You will not have to decipher AV codes or abbreviations!

DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING ?

We will meet or beat any competitor's pricing as long as you send us the invoice. Most of our prices are already at least 25% lower than most of the "in-house" AV companies at most hotel-resorts
